Question: What is the check-in/check-out time?
Answer: Our check-in time is 2:00p.m. and check-out time is 12:00noon.

Question: Do you allow smoking in the rooms?
Answer: No, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Smoking areas are available outside the hotel. (The Designated smoking area is located at the hotel side parking)

Question: Do you have wireless internet access or WIFI available?
Answer: Yes, wireless internet access or WIFI is available in all guestrooms, function rooms, lobby area and restaurant.

Question: Do you have business center?
Answer: Yes, our business center at the lobby is open 24 hours daily. Use of computer, fax and photocopying machines can be coordinated with the Front Office Staff.

Question: How do I make a reservation?

Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer: Yes, please present a valid / government identification with updated picture upon check in.

Question: What age do child stay for free?
Answer: Child 11 year old and below sharing rooms and bed with parents, maximum of two children per room, are free of charge.

Question: Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer: Yes, we have connecting rooms in the Deluxe and Super Deluxe Room category. Prior reservation is required to accommodate request for connecting rooms.

Question: What forms of payment are accepted?
Answer: The Hotel accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and JCB) payment.

Question: Does the hotel require a deposit for key card?
Answer: Yes, the hotel require a Php 1,000.00 key deposit per key card per room for all room types except for the Presidential Suite the hotel require a Php3,000.00 key deposit per key card per Presidential Suite which will be refunded upon check-out if key card is returned upon check-out.

Question: How can the deposit for the key be made?
Answer: This deposit for the key can be made in cash or by credit card pre-authorization verification.

Question: Are pets allowed?
Answer: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel and guest rooms however we can recommend The Dog Spa & Hotel for your pet accommodation needs.
